About the company
HES Cable was established in 1974 with the sole purpose to produce energy cables. Ever since then, HES has made a very rapid development and now has a wide range of products that appeal to the entire cable and conductor sectors. They produce copper communication cables, fiber optic cables, energy cables, aluminum conductors, enamel coil wires, solar cables and also weak current cables.
With nearly 50 years of experience, HES Cable has become a well-known and respected brand in the international arena with its “know-how” and high quality products.
Production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 standards by a team of approximately 1000 experts with knowledge and experience in the field, using machines and methods suitable for modern and technological developments. HES Cable develops products according to special customer specifications and requests as well as products manufactured according to international and domestic standards.
In 2021, HES Cable ranked 107th in “Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises” list. According to the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, HES continues to lead the sector and reaches more than 140 countries.

I. Power Cables
HES power cables used in local cable networks and building electrical installations in many countries of the world are professional solutions that provide uninterrupted power to the emerging superstructures with their transmission capacities, reliability and performance. Copper conductive energy cables used in local cable networks and building electrical installations are produced according to customer demands and desired standards. Energy cables can be produced in a wide variety of structures according to their intended use. Custom-designed cables can also be made according to customer requests. Cable production is made with precision machines by using the most suitable raw materials according to the requirements of the specification. Necessary controls are carried out at every stage of production and product quality is constantly monitored. The products whose production is completed are packaged according to the relevant specifications and ready for shipment after the final tests are carried out.

D) Solar Cables
Specially designed for connections between various elements of systems such as solar panel arrays and inverters. It is used unprotected, in pipes or similar closed systems, in internal or external fixed facilities.

E) Aerial Line Power Cables
It is preferable to use ABC cables instead of bare conductors in low voltage line networks. ABC cables are used especially in dense residential areas where village electrification and underground cable facilities are very expensive.

- NA2XS2Y 6/10 kV - cables with very low dielectric losses. They are used in networks with sudden load changes and in residential and industrial areas where short circuit currents are high, also in cable ducts and underground.

II. Communication Cables
A) Fiber Optic Cables - fiber optic cables used in long-distance and local communication networks are produced in modern facilities established according to the latest technology. With Loosetube technology, internal and external type "singlemode" or "multimode" fiber optic cables that are directly embedded, embedded in the bundle, overhead type and special purpose can be produced.

B) Copper Phone Cables - copper communication cables used in local cable networks are produced according to customer demands and desired standards. Cable production is carried out in computer-controlled machines with the use of the most appropriate raw materials according to the requirements of the specification. Necessary controls are carried out at every stage of production and product quality is constantly monitored. The products whose production is completed are tested according to the relevant specifications and made ready for shipment after being packaged.
1. Indoor Copper Phone Cables
Jumper Wire - they are used in external lines, telephone lines, audio and diaphone lines, repeater and area closets. They are used in order to provide communication between the switchboard and main transmission circuit in main distribution frame.
PD-V - generally used in switchboards and subscriber distributions in indoor lines.
2. Outdoor Copper Phone Cables
Drop Cables - generally used to transmit the telephone line on aerial poles to subscribers in rural places and out of town.

III. Enamel Coil Wires
Enamel coil wires, which are used in many areas of the industry such as electric motors, electronic industry and transformers, are produced within HES. Necessary controls are carried out at every stage of the production. Enamel coil wires are produced with the help of modern machines and the product quality is constantly monitored. They can be produced in many different designs according to the place of use and environmental conditions.

IV. Conductors
The energy produced in hydroelectric, natural gas and other power plants is transmitted to distribution centers via overhead line aluminum conductors. The quality of the conductors used is of great importance for the uninterrupted energy transported and to keep the line losses to a minimum. Aluminum conductors produced in fully integrated factories are monitored by expert team from the first stage to the last stage of production and their compliance with the standards is tested professionally.

C) Copper Conductors - braided copper conductors are produced according to TS-3 standard by twisting hard copper wires to ensure maximum tensile strength. Round copper wires bend single or multi-storey around a center.

D) Aluminum Conductors - aluminum conductors are divided into two parts: “Braided Aluminum Conductors” and “Steel Extract Aluminum Conductors”. AThe wires used in the production of aluminum conductors are produced as hard or annealed, without defects such as cracks and crushes, by cold drawing method from high quality film cores.
